This 13 year old girl presents with a excellent class I buccal relationship on both her left and right side, and moderately deep overbite, and her 43 still in the process of erupting. She is congenitally missing her 13, 23 31 and 42, and she has her 53 63 71 and 83 still retained.

Dr Rohit Sachdeva and Dr Geoff Hall present and discuss an approach to close the spaces for the missing permanent teeth, in an attempt to avoid four implants at a later point in time.

This case demonstrates the importance of sound treatment planning ,establishing the boundaries of treatment and then the critical staging of treatment to achieve total success.
