More than ever, parents are seeking to take preventative measures for their children’s oral health. And, as Australian guidelines state, children should have an initial orthodontic evaluation by age 7.

Your proficiency in early detection of potential problems – and the ability to treat them effectively before bigger complications occur – will become a distinct advantage over the growing competition in your local area.

  • Prevention of future problems developing eg impacted teeth
  • Providing a broader archform and more aesthetic smile
  • Improving the airway
  • Reduction in the severity of the malocclusion
  • Providing correction of skeletal problems by utilising growth to our advantage
  • Providing a better and more normal oral musculature
  • Reducing the need for future treatments such as Surgery
  • Better results and greater self-confidence
  • Healthier psychosocial growth and development

This 2.5-day course will provide you with the knowledge and practical skills to identify skeletal, dental and functional issues plus many more.

On completion of this course, you’ll be able to treat a vast range of Orthodontic conditions in the young child confidently, efficiently and effectively.
