Welcome to this week’s treatment planning session with my OrthoED students.

This is a fascinating case of a 13 year old male who presents with a missing 12, significant upper midline discrepancy, moderate lower crowding, minimal overbite and minimal overjet on a Mild Class 3 skeletal base

How would you manage this case and why? 
Can you provide at least 4 different treatment options for this patient ??
