TX Planning Session – 31st March 2021

A fascinating case of a 15 year old male who presents with a unilateral Class 2 canine relationship on his LHS, but Class 1 molars relationship bilaterally, submerged 55 and 75 with missing 15 and 35 and significant spacing in his lower anterior segment and minimal spacing in his upper anterior region.

So my questions to you are

  • What are the different options for this patient ?
  • What would be your preferred option ?
  • How would you manage closure of spaces in lower arch with minimal retraction of those teeth to maintain the midline and obtain a Class 1 canine relationship on LHS
  • How do you manage the missing 15 and 35 in tis case ?

These questions are answered in this very thought provoking webinar

As always I would be very interested to know how you would treatment plan this patient if they presented to your practice, and I look forward to hearing your thoughts.

I hope that you find this webinar to be enjoyable and thought-provoking and as always I value your feedback, comments, questions and hope that you can provide us with cases to discuss in the future. Please feel free to contact me geoff@orthoed.com.au
