TX Planning Session – 8th September 2021

Welcome to this week's Treatment planning webinar

This is a interesting case of a 14 year old female who presents with a Class 2 dental and skeletal malocclusion ,moderate upper crowding with high and labially positioned canines ,moderate lower crowding ,lower midline deviated to the right with a crossbite involving her 26

So my questions to you are

  • What are the different treatment options for this patient and which would be your preferred option and Why ???
  • What are the risks in treatment here and how do you manage them ??
  • How would you plan and stage your treatment to mitigate risk??

These questions are answered in this very thought provoking webinar but this webinar also demonstrates the power of orthodontic simulations and how to assess the simulation from a clinical predictability perspective .

As always I would be very interested to know how you would treatment plan this patient if they presented to your practice, and I look forward to hearing your thoughts.

I hope that you find this webinar to be enjoyable and thought-provoking and as always I value your feedback, comments, questions and hope that you can provide us with cases to discuss in the future. Please feel free to contact me geoff@orthoed.com.au
