TX Planning Session -Management of a 15-year-old male with a Class 1 buccal relationship

Welcome to this week’s treatment planning session with my OrthoED students. This is great learning case for everyone who is doing orthodontics.

This is a case of an 15 -year-old male   with a Class 1 buccal relationship, retrusive   upper incisors ,deep overbite ,upper  and lower crowding  with a Class 2 skeletal base  and deficient chin.

My questions to you are:

  • How would you treatment plan this patient ?
  • What are all the options?

See how one of our previous OrthoED students planned, documented and finally treated the patient  –this demonstrates that once you have the knowledge and understand sound principles – any dentist can perform results like this – cases that even good orthodontic specialists would be proud of presenting.

As always, I would be very interested to know how you would plan this patient if they presented to your practice, and I look forward to hearing your thoughts.

I hope that you find this webinar to be enjoyable and thought-provoking and as always, I value your feedback, comments, questions and hope that you can provide us with cases to discuss in the future. Please feel free to contact me geoff@orthoed.com.au

We hope that you are enjoying these treatment planning webinars. We always appreciate your referrals of friends and colleagues

Regards,

Geoff and the OrthoED Team
