TX Planning Session – Management of a Class 2 crowded case with blocked out 12, 22 palatally

This is a case of a 14-year-old male who presents with a moderate Class 2 malocclusion, with severe upper crowding giving rise to his blocked out lateral incisors and unerupted 13.
