A fascinating case of a 11 year old male, in the mixed dentition, with an underlying class III dental and skeletal malocclusion, slightly dolichofacial/vertical growth tendency and having a posterior crossbite, minimal alignment issues that a very minimal overbite was presented.

This case really demonstrates the nuances of treating a developing class III patient in the mixed dentition and really addresses the risk analysis of of treating the posterior crossbite at an early age.
