Weekly Question and Answer session. Dec 11th 2019

I presented a fascinating case, of a 13 year old female who presented with a severe bimaxillary dental protrusion, which was associated with some moderate crowding in both her upper and lower anterior region – but had a severely ectopically positioned 23 and her upper right canine was positioned distal to her 14.

An excellent discussion was had by all attendees – which revolved around the best extraction approach in this case, and then the mechanics that should be utilised to reduce the tendency for further proclination and advancement of the crowded lower anterior teeth.

Once again there were numerous pearls in this webinar and I hope that you enjoy it as much as everyone who was live in attendance enjoyed it.
