Weekly Question and Answer session. Feb 13, 2019

This week's Q&A session involved a 14 year old female, with a class II dental/skeletal malocclusion, missing her 35 and 45 and unerupted and late development of her 15 and 25.

This was a fascinating case – and discussion revolved around different treatment options, including the removal of the unerupted 15 25 and how to manage the missing lower second premolars.

The concept of transplantation of her 15 and 25  into her 35 and 45 sites  was discussed

I believe that this case really demonstrates how different treatment plans can be very effective – and it's very important to be able to think outside of the box, but adhering to good sound principles

I hope that you enjoy this recording and once again allows you to grow your orthodontics in your practice
