Weekly Question and Answer session. Jan 23, 2019

Once again we had another fantastic question and answer session this morning. I presented a patient who was a 14-year-old male, with a unilateral class II buccal relationship, and his lower midline was deviated approximately 5 mm to the left of his facial midline. Our discussions revolved around the ideal treatment plan and compromised options including the unilateral removal of the 24 and how to efficiently manage space closure and finishing the orthodontic case. A great deal was learned by everyone and I highly recommend looking at this case, and thinking how you would treatment plan the patient and how you would manage issues that occurred during the treatment.
